Colin works for Fidelity National Title Insurance, one of the largest NCS (National Commercial Services) title insurance companies in the country, providing title to 1/3 of all commercial deals in the United States. He is the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Transactions in our Philadelphia Office, specializing in providing evidence of real property ownership, legal document recording, and other related services in order to facilitate smooth closings across the country.

He consistently guides clients who are regularly buying and selling, in addition to connecting with commercial lenders, real estate attorneys, brokers and other developers both locally and nationally. His deals include single site, multi-site/state and financing transactions. His focus is on new business development with account management responsibilities servicing major law firms, commercial real estate developers and REITs across all property types. He is excited to take his expertise in the real estate world to serve HomeAid’s mission of building communities in the Delaware Valley Area.

Aside from his professional career he is recently married and currently resides in Montgomery County, PA with his wife and one year old puppy Tucker. He is an avid Philly sports fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
