The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has released the 2025 Annual Homelessness Assessment Report (AHAR), revealing sobering new data. On a single night in 2025, 745,652 people experienced homelessness.
Delaware Valley Need
In 2024
11 out of every 10,000
Pennsylvanians experienced homelessness. In Delaware and New Jersey, 13 out of every 10,000 individuals experienced homelessness.
There was a 24% increase
from 2023 and 2024 in the percentage of people in New Jersey who did not have a permanent place to live.
Homelessness Awareness Month held during the month of November encourages participation with HomeAid.
