John Dean joined Toll Brothers in 2011 and is currently Division President. He is responsible for the company’s homebuilding operations in Pennsylvania/Delaware & Michigan. His team has delivered over 4,000 homes ($3.3B+ in revenue) in the past five years in products ranging from single family residences to condominiums, townhomes and active-adult homes. He is responsible for all operations including land acquisition and due diligence, entitlements, sales & marketing, construction, quality and customer care within the division.  Additionally, he is a mentor in the company’s Senior Leadership Development and Management Associate Training programs.

Before his promotion to Division President in 2018, John was a Vice President, Land Acquisition responsible for all land acquisition, deal structuring/negotiations, due diligence and entitlement activities for the company in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, John held a series of senior positions with local and regional real estate development companies, playing a key role in numerous transactions with a total market value exceeding $3B.  He has direct experience with many large regional & national mixed-use and mixed-product redevelopment projects involving both the private sector and public-private partnerships.

John attended Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
