Art can help a community heal.

While HomeAid America staff were in Philadelphia for the Toll Brothers Gala, HomeAid Delaware Valley Executive Director Robb Reichard hosted a tour of murals connected to Mural Arts’ Porch Light Project.

The program uses hands-on art-making to create space for healing, connection, and understanding around issues that impact our neighbors, including mental health, trauma, substance use, neighborhood safety, and homelessness.

A meaningful reminder that building dignity takes many forms.
