Robb Reichard

Executive Director

Robb Reichard joined HomeAid in January 2026 as the founding Executive Director for HomeAid Delaware Valley. Bringing over 30 years of nonprofit management experience to the role, he most recently served as the Executive Director of AIDS Fund. While at AIDS Fund, Robb's strongly held belief that housing is health care led him to develop an emergency financial assistance program for people living with HIV disease who were homeless or housing insecure. It was from this work that Robb's passion to build a future without homelessness grew.

Robb is a graduate of Arcadia University and a longtime resident of Northeast Philadelphia. In his down time he enjoys spending time in the Pocono Mountains around a campfire with friends and canine companion, Piers.
