Tench Tilghman is a seasoned homebuilding executive and construction leader with more than two decades of experience in residential development, operations, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as Division President for a national homebuilding company, where he has led significant growth in closings, revenue, and profitability while building high-performing teams and strong community partnerships.

A carpenter by trade, Tench has a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and the impact that safe, stable housing has on families and communities. His career spans hands-on construction, land acquisition, strategic planning, and executive management, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the technical and human sides of housing.

Tench is passionate about using his industry experience to support organizations that address housing insecurity and homelessness. He is honored to serve on the board of HomeAid and is committed to advancing its mission of building hope through housing solutions for those in need.

He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife, Liz, and their four children.
