Yolanda Rodriguez, Esq. has over 20 years of experience as a transactional lawyer. She joined Toll Brothers in 2013 and is currently Chief Transactional Counsel and Senior Vice President. In her current role, she oversees the legal aspects of Toll Brothers’ land acquisition, land banking, joint ventures, real estate financings, and mergers and acquisitions and manages the Transactional Legal Group. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, she was General Counsel of O’Neill Properties, spent her early law firm days at Dechert LLP, and also worked at McKinsey & Company.

Yolanda is honored to work with HomeAid and excited to apply her skill set to housing insecurity and homelessness.

Yolanda received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania including a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. She then attended Harvard Law School.

Yolanda lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband and two children.
